The defendants denied the allegations and disputed any wrongdoing. The defendants maintained that the plaintiff failed to follow proper procedure for filing a complaint.The parties agreed to resolve the plaintiff’s complaint for the sum of $________. As part of the settlement, the plaintiff agreed to resign from his position and refrain from future employment in the California University system.
