In this motor vehicle negligence matter, the plaintiff contended that the defendant was negligent by striking the rear of her vehicle. The defendant denied liability and disputed the nature and extent of the plaintiff’s injuries.

The 26-year-old female plaintiff’s vehicle was stopped at a traffic light. The defendant’s truck was stopped behind the plaintiff’s vehicle.
