The plaintiff brought suit against the defendant alleging patent infringement and seeking damages.

The defendant denied the allegations, and disputed that there was an infringement and that the plaintiff is entitled to damages.

The matter proceeded to trial.At the conclusion of the trial, the jury deliberated and returned its verdict in favor of the plaintiff, finding that there was infringement by the defendant.
