In this action, a prominent hotel was sued by its staff on a slew of charges. The matter was decided in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The defendants, in this action, were the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, and its former General Manager, Alberto del H. Several former and current employees accused the defendants of harassment, discrimination, and other charges. Plaintiffs included: The former Area Director of Sales, Tim D., sommelier, Nino O’B., hostess, Kelly M., former Director of Food & Beverage, Robert S., and former hostess, Wendy G.

On June 8, ________, the five plaintiffs filed suit in the Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing the defendant of sexual harassment, sexual battery, failure to train and prevent sexual harassment, sexual favoritism, national origin discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, and wrongful termination. The plaintiffs sought $________ in economic, emotional distress and punitive damages. Defendants, Kelly M. and Robert S. were dismissed from the case pre-trial.

Trial began on July 8, and consisted of testimony from fifty witnesses, as well as thousands of pages of exhibits and discovery materials. The defense asserted that the cause was a scam of mudslinging for profit.At the conclusion of trial, the jury returned a finding for the defendants.
