Dr. Gerald M. Goldhaber, founder and CEO of Goldhaber Research Associates, LLC, is the nation’s largest designer and evaluator of warnings and safety instructions and has worked for over 100 of the top 500 companies in the US. Founded in 1978, GRA, LLC is a full-service legal and market research company specializing in litigation research, warning label and design, product and warning label testing, custom-designed market studies, public opinion polling, corporate image and customer satisfaction studies, as well as communication research for a wide variety of clients. GRA, LLC also designs and implements surveys for attorneys who are litigating trademark infringement cases.

Dr. Goldhaber has been retained in over 500 cases and testified in over 200 cases dealing with warnings and safety communications in the past twenty years, both evaluating and defending existing labels. He has published a dozen books and over 300 articles and scientific papers and is a frequent international lecturer on the topic of communication.
